Castillo reserves the right to repair, replace or deny any claim at our discretion. Damage from excessive wear and tear is not covered. Broken blades from prying and throwing, after market modification(s) to your Castillo knife, or damage from incorrect sharpening are also not covered.

Warranty claim items must be returned to Castillo for warranty evaluation. Castillo does not cover inbound shipping. We recommend retaining tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments.
